For those who are in sarah's tutorial group...Who have done the assignment Micheal had discussed in lecture you can hand it in to Micheal in class... Otherwise: I have just spoken to sarah and everyone that is in her tutorial group... She has sent out an email for possible assignment topics and the due date. That are as follows:

Rhetoric option:
Why study rhetoric?In order to answer this question, it is also necessary to define what rhetoricis as an object of study - as opposed to just saying it is a skill or an "art".

Logic option: Is Logic Natural?
It is an intentionally difficult and vague question, and could be interpreted ina variety of ways. In your assignment, make it clear how you have interpretedthe question. Also, keep in mind that it is not always necessary or desirable tohave a definite answer, at least not right away. If it turns out that way, yourwork can be more of a working through the question than an argument strongly oneway or the other.

Again, if you wish to pursue another topic/question that relates to class/blogdiscussion, and of course the readings, let me know so I can approve it. I maynot be able to let you know until I get back in the country on Saturday orSunday the 28/29th, but that should still be enough time.
